How we made the this medical bracelet:
1. Create a hand drawn design, and CAD aided design.
2. The process of making the plate involves a wax model. It is designed in wax. The wax is put into a mold of plaster.
3. The plaster mold is heated and the wax melts out and makes room for the stainless steel to be pored into the void.
4. Then the plaster is broken away and the plate is made.
5. Regarding every customers’ requests, engraving and personalization are done by hand. Attach the silicone band.
6. Each step is expertly selected and reviewed.
7. Each piece of the steel plate is faultlessly polished, and hand wrapped.
